So The Journey Begins...

Welcome to the Mad Scientist, where Faith, Science, & Medicine collide! First off, breaking down the blog’s name, I decided to focus on the idea of a “mad scientist”, because I’m a scientist (duh!) and I believe that everyone is a little eccentric and far from ‘normal’ in their own unique way. As I was researching pioneering geniuses in history, I realized that they were all initially believed to be ‘mad’ or ‘crazy’. The revolutionary thoughts and ideas geniuses presented were rejected from society because they strayed from normalcy.

The internet defines a mad scientist as someone who: ‘works on unlikely ways to save the world’- which is something I believe this blog platform will do. I want to save the world by unveiling the mysteries behind God and faith to discover our purpose in life. This blog will equip you with the tools to save the world. Therefore, whether or not you are a scientist, I believe this blog is for you! We are all a little ‘mad’ and seen different by those who do not understand our mission. I hope this platform will become a safe space for all creatives and eccentric geniuses out there striving to save the world using unlikely means!

Secondly, this blog will act as a banner of faith and encouragement for any and everyone who is trying to navigate through the Christian life. I want to share my journey of faith and relationship with God that will hopefully inspire others to live boldly and do the same! Seemingly in today’s culture, only the destination is glorified; however, I know that there is beauty found during the journey. I want to build a community of people who are committed to their journey while inspiring others along the way.
